note from Louise 1851 census farmer and widower aged 62 counthorpe in castle bytham death not found freebmd 04/03 1837 online death not found 1862 or 1863. index problem 1852. on son's Henry's m. cert as clement Nidd farmer.
this one is probably the counthorpe clement named in Richards will (brother)
In the 1891 census there is a family of nidds thus Eaton Leics.

all the step children were born in Counthorpe.
This leads me to suspect that they were either the children of Clement W. Nidd
or the children of Robert Augustus Nidd and named their first two children after each of their parents and their third after their only sister.
Makes sense, not sure how I would prove it - probably need the 1861 census which might just have clement in it
cannot be Robert Augustus' children because he is alive in 1871 and unmarried and clement would have been10 and the other children 9 and7 respectively.
Thus I suspect it was the children of Clement w we have here - who had died previously
fairly sure that clement was cousin of Richard and exec of his will
makes sense now that I have an IGI reference of a Martha Jackson Nidd child of Clement W son of clement and sarah buzley def see 1861
