but I take this opportunity to report on recent findings, the most interesting of which is the will of Robert Hills of Meopham(father of Hannah Barnard) dated Dec 1811 - he leaves his widow the choice of any two rooms in the family house he gifts to his son Robert! Also related to Robert Hils via his wife Mary Parker - I'm expecting a visit next month from an Australian descendant of Mary Parker's brother - so a very distant relation of ours who has been a mine of information on the Parkers. His name is Walter Don and he is in touch through Genes Reunited, currently living in Cairns, Queensland and has relatives in Port Talbot near us. All the best. David.
