I have no info that indicates that there really was sister called eliza, this is all supposition based on Arthur's death certifiicate this sister of Eliza's married in the same quarter might not be asister there are loads of halls in swansea

So it look like she married George Evans, he died really young, then married mister David Rees in 1889 june q
not sure if that is so, i've found david and elizabeth in 1891 census they have 9 year old children - no sign of "step" or "inlaw" designation
