Suspect that there is something odd about these 3 wives - allowing for Utah and multiple spouses, I still think that date of marriage for 2nd wife is wrong - I belive there were two separate men a Charles Henry Hales b 1848 Iowa and Henry C Hales b 1849 in Ohio
THis was confirmed by Family Search, 2 different C Hales each with mothers born in different states. I have removed wife #3 pending more info
