trouble is that one is registered in Chester ref. 8a 425

however, when I look in the census for an 8 year old Janet turner in the Notts census (after all, we can place her there from 1880s) there is an interesting family situation which sort of fits
now there are some anomalies
why drop the t inJanet (or alternatively add one:) at Janet's marriage there was a Helen Turner presumably a sister who was witness, now its possible Ellen aged 19 was also know as Helen, not a big leap, there is also the possibility of other sisters working elsewhere
this family obviously moved around a lot, so tracking them could be difficult
